Road to Ithaka has no sign-up. Each installation gets an anonymous online profile the first time the app is opened. Deleting it removes everything the app stored online for that installation.
Open Road to Ithaka → Settings → Privacy & Data → Delete Online Profile and confirm Delete permanently. The app deletes the online profile, username reservation, install record, friend links, shared progress and the anonymous Firebase Authentication account. The app will not create a new profile unless you tap Create Online Profile.
The walking quest stored on your phone is separate. To erase it too, use Settings → Quest Management → End Quest.
Email the address below with the subject Road to Ithaka profile deletion and include your username (Settings → Adventurer Profile). Do not send passwords, identity documents, motion records or other sensitive information. We may ask for limited information needed to verify that the profile is yours.
Deletion requests
We will delete the profile and associated online data within 30 days and confirm completion. Any limited data that must be retained for security, fraud prevention or legal compliance will be described to you.
Data deleted: display name, username reservation, total distance, last-update time, friend links, install record (first/last opened, app version, platform, language, time-zone offset) and the anonymous account identifier.
