Frequently asked questions

How do I add a book?
From the library screen, tap the + button and choose an EPUB or PDF file from your device. The book will appear in your library and sync to your account.
What is RSVP reading?
RSVP (Rapid Serial Visual Presentation) shows one word at a time at the same screen position, allowing you to read significantly faster while reducing eye movement. You can adjust speed (WPM) at any time.
How do I change reading speed, font, or theme?
While reading, tap the screen to reveal controls and open the settings panel. Your preferences are saved automatically and synced across your devices.
What's included in the free version?
You can use all reading exercises and explore the app for free. Opening books from your library requires a Premium subscription.
How does the free trial work?
Eligible new customers can try Premium free for 3 days. You can cancel any time before the trial ends and you won't be charged. After the trial, the subscription renews at the listed price unless cancelled.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Open the App Store app on your iPhone → tap your profile → Subscriptions → select BlinkRead → Cancel Subscription. The change takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
I was charged but Premium is not active.
Open BlinkRead → Settings → Restore Purchases. If the issue persists, email us with your account email and the date of purchase.
How do I delete my account?
Open the app → Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile, library, and reading data from our servers.
I forgot my password / can't sign in.
BlinkRead uses Sign in with Google and Sign in with Apple — there is no separate BlinkRead password. Manage credentials through your Google or Apple account settings.
Reading progress isn't syncing between devices.
Make sure you are signed in to the same account on both devices and have an internet connection. Pull-to-refresh on the library screen forces a sync.
